The Result

Successfully overhauled the UI/UX across their major digital store-fronts, creating a cohesive, mobile-first design infrastructure. While their engineering team prepares to fully implement the AI-driven V2 phase, the scalable system I built successfully streamlined their entire multi-site management and elevated their digital customer experience.

The Goal

Hansen Group—owners of four major Nordic e-commerce platforms (Hansen Racing, Marinshopen, Autoracing, Hansen Marine) and the main Swedish distributor for Gulf Oil—needed to modernize their outdated web presence. The primary challenge was fixing a fragmented user experience and transforming their desktop-heavy sites into seamless, mobile-friendly shopping experiences.

The Work

Using strong technical insight, I engineered a unified "skin" layout system across all four platforms. I created thorough, responsive prototypes in Figma that allowed a single design or feature upgrade to be universally applied across their entire multi-brand ecosystem. Before transitioning in 2025, I pushed the envelope further by designing "Version 2" prototypes featuring advanced AI-consulting features to future-proof their customer journey.
